Zero apicectomy
2017
Microsurgery that leaves the root intact.
Conventional endodontic microsurgery resects the apex. Zero apicectomy does not. Preserving the full root keeps the periodontal ligament attachment and lets bone regrow along its natural anatomy, rather than against a cut face.

Cryotherapy in endodontics
2019
Post-operative pain control without pharmacology.
A cold intracanal irrigation protocol applied at the end of treatment. It reduces the inflammatory response that drives post-operative pain, in a procedure patients fear precisely because of that pain.

The Sleiman sequence
2017
Partial vacuum applied to chemical preparation.
Irrigant does not reach where anatomy is closed to it. Introducing a partial vacuum into the shaped canal pulls solution into the isthmuses and lateral anatomy that flow alone never touches. Developed with Alfredo Iandolo.
